KBIS sponsored Equestrian Insurance Junior Un SJ – daytime

Online entries are now closed to allow scheduling to take place. Please see below regarding late entries.

Classes: 30cm up to 1.10m – please note the striding will be in pony strides. No children on horses please. Lead rein allowed in 30cm and 40cm classes.

Price: £16.00 per entry including the medic fee.

Location: Grandstand Indoor Arena (72m x 45m) | Warm up in the Primrose Indoor Arena (60m x 30m)

Dress Code: Competition attire.

Time: This is a daytime event due to half term holidays. The start time could be as early as 8am depending upon entries. Please note during the competition, there will be a course break between 2pm and 3pm. The competition will run from the start time until 2pm, BREAK, and then continue at 3pm until 5pm.

Late Entries: Please note entries will close 48 hours prior to the competition. Anyone wanting to enter within the 48-hour period will need to send an email to admin@kelsallhill.co.uk with all the correct details and a member of staff will inform you if we can fit the entry in. Any late email entries will incur a late entry fee of £3 per entry. The email must include your rider’s name, contact number, horse name and the classes you wish to compete in.

Refund Policy: Our refund policy is if you withdraw your entry within the 48 hours prior to the competition we will not be able to offer a refund or transfer of entry. If you cancel 48 hours prior to the competition you will receive a refund minus a £4 admin charge per entry. Please note all withdrawals need to be put in writing to admin@kelsallhill.co.uk and refunds are issued over the phone not automatically, please call the office.  We do not offer transfer of entries.

Urchins Kitchen will be open all day providing hot and cold refreshments and food.

League Table: The unaffiliated junior show jumping competition will run as a league table from October 2022 until March 2023. The Championship will take place on Wednesday 22nd March 2023 in the evening. The points will be collected over the duration of the competitions, 15 points to 1st, 14 to 2nd, 13 to 3rd etc. Please note each class must have over 6 competitors within the league table by the Championships and each competitor must have taken part in 4 competitions in order to claim the prizes and rosettes.
