Location: Taking place in the Lake View Outdoor Arena (110m x 70m) and warming up in the Lake Side Arena (60m x 50m)

Late Entries: Please note entries will close 48 hours prior to the competition. the only exception being a multi day show, where entries for the second day can be made on the first day of the competition. In line with BS policy, we do not accept late entries.  This ruling is in place to ensure the long term sustainability of the sport, and improve bio-security and traceability. It is really important that the sport can offer DEFRA some level of confidence that we know who is competing where so that in unfortunate event of an outbreak of equine herpes we can limit the spread.  Please do not embarrass yourself by asking us to bend this rule.    

Refund Policy: Our refund policy is if you withdraw your entry within the 48 hours prior to the competition we will not be able to offer a refund or transfer of entry. If you cancel 48 hours prior to the competition you will receive a refund minus a £4 admin charge per entry. Please note all withdrawals need to be put in writing to admin@kelsallhill.co.uk and refunds are issued over the phone not automatically, please call the office.  We do not offer transfer of entries.

Refreshments: Urchins Kitchen will be open all day providing hot and cold refreshments and food.
