Please note, as we have invested in using Equipe for online entries for our affiliated competitions, we have had to include an administration fee of £2.00 per entry to cover the cost.

Location: Outdoor Lakeview Arena | Warm up in the Outdoor Lakeside Arena

Dress Code: Competition attire.

Time: Running in the daytime, the start time will depend upon the number of entries.

Late Entries: In line with BS policy, we do not accept late entries. This ruling is in place to ensure the long term sustainability of the sport, and improve bio-security and traceability. It is really important that the sport can offer DEFRA some level of confidence that we know who is competing where so that in unfortunate event of an outbreak of equine herpes we can limit the spread.

Refund Policy: Our refund policy is if you withdraw your entry within the 48 hours prior to the competition we will not be able to offer a refund or transfer of entry. If you cancel 48 hours prior to the competition you will receive a refund minus a £4 admin charge per entry. Please note all withdrawals need to be put in writing to admin@kelsallhill.co.uk and refunds are issued over the phone not automatically, please call the office.  We do not offer transfer of entries.

Refreshments: Urchins Kitchen will be open all day providing hot and cold refreshments and food.
