The entry fee is £22 & £23.
Taking place in the Main Competition Indoor (72 x 45m), with the warmup in Primrose Arena (60m x 30m).
Please note this event will follow all British Dressage rules and refund policies.
Entries will close early if the event becomes full, ahead of the 48 hours.
Please note entries will close 48 hours prior to the competition. Anyone wanting to enter within the 48-hour period will need to send an email to admin@kelsallhill.co.uk with all the correct details and a member of staff will inform you if we can fit the entry in. Any late email entries will incur a late entry fee of £3 per entry. The email must include your rider’s name, contact number, horse name and the classes you wish to compete in. Late entries will not be added to the schedule until payment has been made.
Refund Policy: Our refund policy is if you withdraw your entry within the 48 hours prior to the competition we will not be able to offer a refund or transfer of entry. If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the competition you will receive a 50% refund as per British Dressage policy. Prior to 7 days notice, full refund minus £4 admin fee per class. Please note all withdrawals need to be put in writing to admin@kelsallhill.co.uk and refunds are issued over the phone not automatically, please call the office. We do not offer transfer of entries.
Urchins Kitchen will be open all day providing hot and cold refreshments and food.
