Terms & Conditions for Caravan Stays
By booking and staying in one of our static caravans, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.

Prices:

White Caravan: £95 per night

Green Caravan: £65 per night

Bookings are non-transferable without prior written approval.

2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Late check-outs may incur an additional fee unless agreed in advance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

No-shows or early departures will not be refunded.

4. Occupancy
Maximum of 4 guests per caravan.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

5. Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept under control at all times.

Please do not allow pets on the furniture.

Owners must clean up after their pets.

6. Smoking & Fires
Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the caravans.

No open flames, candles, or fire pits are permitted near the caravans.

7. Damages & Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

A cleaning/damage fee may be charged if the caravan is left in an unacceptable condition.

Please leave the caravan tidy upon departure.

8. Noise & Conduct
Please respect other guests and neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of anti-social behaviour.

9. Use of Facilities
Guests are welcome to use the equestrian centre’s restaurant and attend on-site events, free to spectate.

Use of other facilities (e.g. stables) must be arranged separately and may be subject to additional fees.

10. Liability
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

Guests stay at their own risk; please ensure you have suitable travel insurance if needed.
