DESCRIPTION:\nEntries: Online entries are now CLOSED to allow scheduling to take place. \n\n\n\nLocation: Taking place in our Outdoor Lakeview Arena (may be subject to change) on a surface with Show Jump fences.\n\n\n\nClasses: Heights from 30cm up to 1.10m (if required). Lead rein allowed in the 30cm and 40cm.\n\n\n\nPrice: £18 per entry\n\n\n\nDress Code: Competition attire.\n\n\n\nTime: Running from 4 pm onwards.\n\n\n\nLeague Rules:\n\n\n\nRiders must compete in 4 of the 11 shows in the series to automatically qualify for a place in the league championships.\n\n\n\nThe league winner will not be eligible to compete in the same class in the following series.\n\n\n\nAdditional points can be earned at the June 22nd show by clearing a joker fence, 5 points will be awarded to all riders who clear the joker fence which will be a maximum of 10cm higher than the class height.\n\n\n\nThe Championship show will be held on 14th September & the league winners will be announced on the day. All prize giving’s will be mounted on the day of the final. Prizes will be forfeited if the championship show is not attended.\n\n\n\nThe Championship show will be worth double points towards the league results.\n\n\n\nLate Entries: Please note entries will close 48 hours prior to the competition. Anyone wanting to enter within the 48-hour period will need to send an email to admin@kelsallhill.co.uk with all the correct details and a member of staff will inform you if we can fit the entry in. Any late email entries will incur a late entry fee of £3 per entry. The email must include your rider’s name, contact number, horse name and the classes you wish to compete in.\n\n\n\nRefund Policy: Our refund policy is if you withdraw your entry within the 48 hours prior to the competition we will not be able to offer a refund or transfer of entry. If you cancel 48 hours prior to the competition you will receive a refund minus a £4 admin charge per entry. Please note all withdrawals need to be put in writing to admin@kelsallhill.co.uk and refunds are issued over the phone not automatically, please call the office.  We do not offer transfer of entries.\n\n\n\nRefreshments: Urchins Kitchen will be open all day providing hot and cold refreshments and food.\n
