DESCRIPTION:Summer Series Clear Round\n01/05/2022\nKelsall Hill Equestrian Centre\nSummer Arena Eventing takes place around the ponds on grass.\nEntries are now CLOSED. We are now scheduling the times.\nShould you wish to still enter please send us an email with your entry details and we will get back to you if we can get you in. The email address is admin@kelsallhill.co.uk.\nPlease note all late entries will now incur a late entry fee of £3.00 per entry.\nThe clear round utilises the courses around the ponds, warm up is in the Lake Side arena and once warmed up clients cross the sand track and have a limited time to use the course. The course will be designed and built by Gilly Milner, incorporating show jumps and cross country fences to test both horse and rider.\nIn the clear round the show jumps start off at 70cm and rise during the day depending on entry numbers. Courses from 70cm up to 1.00m.\nOnce clients clear the show jumps they can choose to opt for a lower option in the xc if they want as they complete the courses.\nPlease note entries will close 48 hours prior to the competition. Anyone wanting to enter within the 48 hour period will need to send an email to admin@kelsallhill.co.uk with all the correct details and a member of staff will inform you if we can fit the entry in. Any late email entries will incur a late entry fee of £3 per entry. The email must include your rider name, contact number, horse name and the classes you wish to compete in.\nOur refund policy is if you withdraw your entry within the 48 hours prior to the competition we will not be able to offer a refund or transfer of entry. If you cancel 48 hours prior to the competition you will receive a refund minus a £4 admin charge per entry. Please note all withdrawals need to be put in writing to admin@kelsallhill.co.uk and refunds are issued over the phone not automatically, please call the office.  We do not offer transfer of entries.\nUrchins Kitchen will be open all day providing hot and cold refreshments and food.\n
